Whether the house you're buying is big or small, new or over 100 years old, I'll help you understand its condition and how the systems operate. My goal is for you to feel confident making an informed purchase decision.

A home inspection is a visual evaluation of the major systems in the house including the foundation, siding, windows, doors, roof, attic, heating/cooling systems, plumbing, electrical, and the interior of the home.  I will evaluate the entire home using the Standards of Practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHIŪ).

My pricing for home inspections are simple.  There are no hidden charges with my home inspections.  Many home inspectors charge extra for detached garages, age of home, crawl spaces, etc.  I treat every home equal regardless of the age or type of home.
